Julia is the mother of three small children. She founded Whatcom Family Village with the belief that mothers aren’t meant to do it alone. In her limited time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and adventuring outdoors.

She also serves on the leadership committee of the Whatcom Perinatal Mental Health Task Force and is a passionate community connector.
