    • Educational workshops: Starting Solids, Picky Eaters, Sensory & Regulation, and more!

    • Bipoc Family Support: monthly circle for families of color.

    • Hand-work Circle: Weekly drop-in fiber arts workspace for mothers

    • Community Postpartum Circle: monthly circle for postpartum mothers of any stage

    • Rooted Strength - 45 minute circuit style class with a focus on pelvic floor and changing bodies.

    • Family Yoga: 45min, playful movement for all ages and stages

    • Drop-In Playgroups: Designed for kids ages 0-5, these weekly play groups are a great space to enjoy connection and relaxation while your little ones play in a safe, creative space. Cohosted with Opportunity Council ESIT twice monthly!

    • Purposeful Play - A Guided Playgroup for children 0-3: A 4 week session hosted by a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. Understand development through a sensory lens.

    • Circus Play with Jes and Open Family Yoga with Skylar (seasonal): Children and adults use their imagination as they explore gentle movement, musicality, and mindfulne

    • WFV Collective Classes: Classes from our partners at Music Together by the Bay and Trees & Bees Yoga are a great way to engage your child in fun and creative exploration.
