Whatcom Family Village LLC General Liability Waiver

Liability Waiver
Applies to all events currently available for booking through www.whatcomfamilyvillage.com and any events co-hosted through other facilities, whether in person or online:

I agree that The Family Village LLC dba Whatcom Family Village LLC, any of its contractors, staff, employees and representatives is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Child involvement:
This is a legally binding agreement. I understand that by agreeing to this Waiver of Liability, I release and hold harmless Whatcom Family Village LLC and its owners, directors, officers, advisors, employees, agents, instructors, volunteers, childcare workers, and all other persons or entities acting for them from any and all claims, demands, suits, cost and charges, in connection with or arising out of Whatcom Family Village LLC’s parent-child classes, including but not limited to, personal injury, bodily harm, injury, or property damage occurring while my child/children is/are on the premises or participating in classes at Whatcom Family Village LLC

-I understand that it is my responsibility to attend to and supervise my child at all times
-I will be responsible to feed my child and have my child use the restroom prior to the start of class time to the best of my abilities.
-I will remain on the premises of the Whatcom Family Village LLC at all times while my children are present.
-I understand that I must inform staff of any allergies my children have, and have them noted in my account.

Additional Covid Waiver:
By choosing to attend an in person class at Whatcom Family Village LLC I acknowledge and accept the additional risks associated with the global health pandemic COVID-19 and I choose to practice at my own risk. I agree to comply with all the studio's safety procedures to the best of my ability. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, illness, contraction of COVID-19 or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Online Classes:
By joining online classes and participating in remote sessions I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Whatcom Family Village LLC or its members, employees or contractors for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This is a legally binding contract.
