PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I hereby grant Whatcom Family Village, LLC (“WFV”) permission to use photographs, video, and audio recordings taken of me and/or my child(ren) during WFV classes, events, or activities.

I understand that these images may be used in WFV marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, print materials, and promotional campaigns. I understand that:

• Images may be edited or used in combination with other media.

• I will not receive compensation for this use.

• My participation is voluntary and does not create any ownership or rights to the images.

I may revoke this permission in writing at any time, which will apply to future use but cannot require removal of previously published materials.
